California Labor Federation Endorses Pete Aguilar for Congress

(San Bernardino, CA) – Redlands Mayor Pete Aguilar, a Democratic candidate for Congress in California’s 31st Congressional district, received the endorsement of the California Labor Federation, his campaign announced today.

Commenting on today’s endorsement, Pete Aguilar said, “Creating good-paying, family-sustaining jobs for Inland Empire residents is my top priority, and I’m proud to have the support of the California Labor Federation for our campaign to strengthen the middle class.”   

The California Labor Federation is the state’s AFL-CIO affiliate, representing 2.1 million California workers in manufacturing, retail, construction, hospitality, public sector, health care, entertainment and other industries.

Aguilar is the California Democratic Party’s endorsed candidate and also has the support of Senator Dianne Feinstein, the California Teachers Association, and other leading labor, public safety and environmental organizations.

Pete Aguilar is a small business owner and Mayor of Redlands. He is a strong advocate for economic growth and fairness in the Inland Empire, a leader who has reached across party lines to serve the best interests of the middle class in San Bernardino County.
